**Authentication Identifiers**: We use your device’s unique identifier, which assigns a unique User ID (UID) to your device to track your coin balance and history without requiring your name or email.

**Device Information**: Model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

**Usage Data**: Features used, time spent in the app, and generation success/failure rates.

We do not process or store credit card details directly. Payments are handled by:

We do NOT sell your personal information or photos to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers necessary for the App to function:

**AI Model Providers**: Your uploaded photos are temporarily transmitted to AI models to generate the stylized results.

## 4. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for use by parents and legal guardians. While the subject of the photos is often children, **the App is not directed at children under the age of 13**.

– We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

– Parents/guardians are responsible for the images they upload and must ensure they have the right to process photos of the subjects depicted.

-By uploading photos of a child, you represent and warrant that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have obtained verifiable consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian to upload and process the photos in the App.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

**Encryption**: Photos are transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.

**Access Control**: We use Security Rules to ensure that only you can access your own uploaded and generated photos based on your unique UID.

**Storage**: Images are stored in Google’s and AWS enterprise-grade data centers.

**Retention**: We retain your photos and history as long as your account (UID) remains active.

**Deletion**: You may request the deletion of your data at any time. Since we use anonymous authentication, you can typically trigger a data deletion request through the email(support@thekmobile.com). If you delete your account, all associated photos and history records will be permanently removed from our active databases.

## 7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, or country where data protection laws may differ. Our primary servers are located in the **United States**. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
